Our Founder, Diana Finch, M.Ed., M.Div., is a person with dyslexia and ADHD. After overcoming significant learning challenges throughout her own childhood, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Davis. She later obtained a California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, an English as a Second Language credential, completed training and certification in Orton-Gillingham and Reading Recovery, and earned both a Master of Education and a Master of Ministerial Science degree.

Throughout her career, Diana has served as a classroom teacher, Title I Reading Specialist, elementary school principal, literacy specialist, curriculum director, county-level literacy specialist and consortium director, and regional and federal leader in literacy development within the public school system. She was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve as a federal school reform leader, becoming the youngest person ever appointed to that role at the time.

For more than three decades, Diana has devoted her career to helping children with dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning challenges reach their full potential. She has partnered with children, families, schools, and educational systems that share her commitment to transforming the lives of struggling learners through evidence-based instruction, compassionate support, and lasting educational change.
