Dyslexia Rescue® Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, online courses, educational programs, materials, and services provided by Dyslexia Rescue®, a project of Restoring Flow Ministries (“Restoring Flow Ministries,” “Dyslexia Rescue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms also constitute the agreement governing enrollment in and use of Helping Your Child Overcome Reading Challenges (the “Family Course”), Dyslexia Rescue’s subscription-based online educational program designed for parents or guardians to participate in with their children.
By using our websites, purchasing or enrolling in a program, or accessing program content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. About Dyslexia Rescue
Dyslexia Rescue® is a project of Restoring Flow Ministries, an Arizona nonprofit organization.
Dyslexia Rescue provides educational services and resources that may include structured-literacy instruction and intervention, parent education and training, educational assessments, executive-function support, professional education, and related educational and ministry services.
2. Scope
These Terms apply to:

the Helping Your Child Overcome Reading Challenges Family Course;
other online courses offered by Dyslexia Rescue or Restoring Flow Ministries; and
related educational content, digital materials, communications, and services.
Separate written agreements may apply to private intervention, assessments, professional certification, licensing, or other services. When a separate agreement applies, that agreement governs the applicable service to the extent that its provisions differ from these Terms.
3. Adult Enrollment and Participation by Children
Enrollment, purchases, account creation, and acceptance of these Terms must be completed by an adult age 18 or older.
Parents and legal guardians may enroll their children in appropriate Dyslexia Rescue programs.
A parent or legal guardian is responsible for authorizing a minor child’s participation and complying with the parent participation and supervision requirements of the applicable program.
Children should not independently create accounts, make purchases, submit enrollment information, or accept these Terms.
4. Educational and Ministry Services
Dyslexia Rescue provides educational and, where specifically identified, faith-based or ministry services.
Educational services are not medical care, psychological treatment, psychotherapy, or a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
Any pastoral or spiritual services offered through Restoring Flow Ministries are ministerial in nature and are not represented as licensed clinical mental-health treatment.
5. Helping Your Child Overcome Reading Challenges Family Course
Helping Your Child Overcome Reading Challenges (The Family Course) is a video-based online educational program designed for parents or guardians to participate in with their children.
The Family Course provides instruction and materials related to structured literacy, reading development, executive functioning, parent education, and related educational concepts.
The parent or guardian is responsible for participating in the program as directed, assisting or instructing the child as appropriate, obtaining required materials, and providing an appropriate environment for participation.
Dyslexia Rescue may provide prerecorded instruction, live online meetings or Q&A opportunities, downloadable or online materials, demonstrations, parent instruction, and other educational resources as components of the Family Course.
The sequence, presentation, schedule, platform, or format of program components may be reasonably modified as the program is updated or improved, provided that such changes do not materially diminish the overall educational service purchased by the subscriber.
6. Family Course Monthly Subscription and Automatic Renewal
The Family Course is offered as a month-to-month subscription.
The regular subscription price is $200 per month, unless a different price is expressly stated at the time of enrollment.
Dyslexia Rescue may periodically offer an introductory or promotional price for the first subscription period. Any introductory price and its duration will be clearly disclosed before enrollment.
After any introductory period ends, the subscription automatically renews at $200 per month unless the subscriber cancels before the next scheduled billing date.
By enrolling in the Family Course, the subscriber expressly authorizes the applicable payment method to be charged for the disclosed introductory payment, if any, and thereafter $200 each month until the subscription is canceled.
There is no minimum number of months required. Subscribers may cancel at any time to prevent the next monthly charge.
Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation does not generate a refund for a subscription period that has already been paid.
7. Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel their Family Course subscription through the cancellation functionality provided through their account or through another cancellation method provided by Dyslexia Rescue.
Cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled billing charge to prevent that charge.
Once cancellation is effective:
No additional monthly subscription charges will be made;
The subscriber has no obligation to purchase another month; and
Access may continue through the end of the subscription period already paid for, unless access is terminated earlier for a material violation of these Terms.
Dyslexia Rescue will not require a subscriber to purchase additional months after cancellation.
8. Refund Policy
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Dyslexia Rescue expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Because the Family Course provides access to digital educational content and program resources, subscribers are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if they do not wish to purchase another month.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively cancel or refund a subscription period that has already been purchased.
Failure to use, access, view, or complete program materials during a paid subscription period does not entitle the subscriber to a refund.
Nothing in this section limits any refund or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
9. Family Access
A Family Course subscription is intended for the personal educational use of the subscribing household and its immediate family.
Program access, videos, instructional materials, downloads, demonstrations, login credentials, and other course content may not be shared with other households, families, schools, tutors, educators, businesses, organizations, or members of the public unless Dyslexia Rescue expressly authorizes such use in writing.
A Family Course subscription does not grant permission to conduct classes, tutoring, professional training, workshops, group instruction, or other commercial or professional activities using Dyslexia Rescue materials.

10. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities
The enrolling parent or guardian is responsible for:
Participating with the child as required by the program;
Providing appropriate supervision;
Obtaining required instructional materials;
Maintaining appropriate internet access and equipment;
Protecting account credentials and access links;
Using program materials only as authorized;
Providing accurate enrollment and account information; and
Maintaining respectful and lawful communication with Dyslexia Rescue personnel and other participants.
The parent or guardian retains responsibility for decisions concerning the child’s education and for determining whether additional educational, medical, psychological, or other professional services are appropriate for the child.
11. Intellectual Property
Original Dyslexia Rescue and Restoring Flow Ministries content—including original text, videos, graphics, instructional materials, worksheets, presentations, curriculum components, course organization, demonstrations, branding, and other original content—is owned by Restoring Flow Ministries or used with authorization.
Dyslexia Rescue® and associated branding is protected by trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
Enrollment or purchase provides access to program materials but does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.
Except as expressly authorized in writing or permitted by applicable law, users may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, upload, transmit, adapt, or commercially exploit protected Dyslexia Rescue® materials.
12. Limited License
During an active subscription or other authorized access period, subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use program materials for authorized personal family educational purposes.
This license does not authorize redistribution, publication, commercial exploitation, training of third parties, creation or sale of competing materials derived from protected Dyslexia Rescue content, or representation that the subscriber is certified or authorized by Dyslexia Rescue.
13. Educators and Professional Users
Educators, tutors, interventionists, reading specialists, consultants, schools, and other professionals may enroll in programs when permitted by Dyslexia Rescue, but enrollment in the Family Course does not confer professional certification, licensing rights, or authorization to reproduce or commercially use Dyslexia Rescue materials nor branding. Dyslexia Rescue® branding is owned by Dyslexia Rescue®. Any unauthorized use of this branding is prohibited by law.
Completion of the Family Course does not constitute Dyslexia Rescue professional certification.
Professional-development, certification, classroom-use, site-license, or commercial-use rights may be subject to separate requirements and agreements.
14. User Conduct
Users agree to use Dyslexia Rescue websites, programs, communications, and materials lawfully and respectfully.
Users may not:
Obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to accounts or restricted content;
Share login credentials or private access links with unauthorized persons;
Distribute protected program materials without authorization;
Record, reproduce, or publicly display protected course content except as expressly permitted;
Harass, threaten, abuse, or unlawfully discriminate against another person;
Interfere with our websites, systems, or services;
Misrepresent affiliation with or certification by Dyslexia Rescue; or
Use program materials in violation of applicable intellectual-property rights.
15. Student Privacy and Recordings
Personal information is handled as described in the Dyslexia Rescue® Privacy Policy.
Enrollment in the Family Course or any other Dyslexia Rescue program does not, by itself, constitute consent to record a child or to use a child’s image, voice, or likeness.
Dyslexia Rescue does not require families generally to grant media or recording rights as a condition of using the website or participating in the Family Course.
If Dyslexia Rescue seeks permission to record a particular student or to use a student’s image, voice, likeness, testimonial, or instructional recording in course materials, educational materials, training, advertising, social media, or other media, Dyslexia Rescue will obtain authorization separately from the parent or legal guardian.
Nothing in these Terms constitutes such authorization.
16. No Guarantee of Results
Dyslexia Rescue programs are designed to support literacy development and related educational goals, but individual results vary.
Progress may be affected by factors including the child’s individual learning profile, consistency of participation, instructional practice, previous education, frequency of instruction, and other circumstances.
Dyslexia Rescue therefore does not guarantee a particular academic score, grade level, rate of progress, school placement, diagnosis, or other specific result.
17. Technology and Third-Party Services
Dyslexia Rescue uses third-party technology providers for services that may include website hosting, course delivery, videoconferencing, communications, scheduling, payment processing, cloud storage, social media, and advertising.
Use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers’ terms and privacy policies.
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining appropriate internet access, compatible equipment, account credentials, and reasonable device security.
Dyslexia Rescue is not responsible for temporary outages or interruptions caused by independent third-party providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
18. Program Updates and Availability
Dyslexia Rescue may reasonably update course materials, instructional sequences, technology platforms, presentation formats, schedules, or program components to improve the program or respond to educational, technical, operational, legal, or security needs.
Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, technology failures, provider outages, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically entitle a subscriber to a refund.
If a substantial interruption prevents Dyslexia Rescue from providing the purchased service, Dyslexia Rescue will address the situation consistent with applicable law.
19. Suspension or Termination
Dyslexia Rescue may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these Terms, nonpayment, unauthorized sharing or distribution of protected materials, unlawful conduct, misuse of our systems, conduct threatening the safety or rights of others, or other legitimate legal, security, or operational reasons.
Termination for a material violation does not entitle the subscriber to a refund except where required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms authorizes unlawful discrimination or limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
20. Intellectual-Property Enforcement
Unauthorized copying, distribution, public display, credential sharing, commercial exploitation, or other infringement of protected Dyslexia Rescue® or Restoring Flow Ministries intellectual property may result in termination of access.
Restoring Flow Ministries reserves the right to pursue remedies available under applicable contract, copyright, trademark, trade-secret, or other law, including appropriate injunctive relief and monetary relief where legally available.
21. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Restoring Flow Ministries, Dyslexia Rescue, and their directors, officers, employees, contractors, ministers, and volunteers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the websites, digital materials, or online programs.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
22. Governing Law and Binding Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, enrollment in or participation in the Family Course, use of Dyslexia Rescue websites, programs, services, or materials, or the relationship between the participant and Dyslexia Rescue or Restoring Flow Ministries shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than litigation in court.
The arbitration shall take place in Arizona and shall be conducted before a neutral arbitrator in accordance with applicable Arizona and federal arbitration law.
By accepting these Terms, both the participant and Restoring Flow Ministries agree to resolve covered disputes through binding arbitration and waive the right to have those disputes decided by a judge or jury in court, except for matters that applicable law permits or requires to be brought in court.
Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction when necessary to protect intellectual-property rights or prevent unauthorized use or distribution of protected materials while arbitration is pending.
Nothing in this section eliminates or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
23. Privacy
Use of Dyslexia Rescue websites and programs is also subject to the Dyslexia Rescue® Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, retained, protected, and shared.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our programs, technology, operations, or applicable law.
Revised Terms will be posted with an updated effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively as appropriate and will not retroactively alter material rights associated with a subscription period already purchased except as permitted by applicable law.
